As a former subcontractor with experience building and remodeling houses I understand every project has its unplanned events and unexpected challenges. Our pool project certainly had its share of them. How these events and challenges are handled by the project supervisor and ultimately the owner is what the client remembers when it is all said and done.
That said Chris did an outstanding job as a supervisor on our pool project. Each time I spoke with him he was respectful, he seemed positive and upbeat and I never had a sense that he was tired of hearing from me. He is a valuable asset to your company.

After enjoying our pool for nearly a year now, I wanted to let you know why my wife and I chose Precision Pools to build our pool. More important, why we are still completely satisfied with our decision to go with Precision.
We had received several bids and designs from other contractors before meeting with Precision. Every other contractor met with us at our home for a few minutes to get an idea of what we wanted in a pool. Then they went away and either came back or invited us to their studio to share what they had decided we would like. Some cared about our budget, some did not. I have never owned or built a pool, so this naturally lead to some questions in my mind about what the bids covered and what different options were. For my wife and me, confusion and a lot of time on Google.com followed the receipt of these bids.
I was pleasantly surprised when you met with us. It was a great experience the way you sat with us and designed our entire pool at our kitchen table. It was fascinating to watch the design come to life based on choices you were guiding my wife and me through. It was very helpful to get answers as the pool evolved and even to discuss the construction process. By the time we were done, I had no questions and I was seeing the pool that my wife and I had chosen. The fact that you were able to design the pool and write the bid on the spot gave me the confidence that we would have a great working relationship.
To be fair, a major construction project like this does come with its share of trauma and grief at times. And for anyone concerned, one quick call to Suzy always met with immediate response and a satisfactory resolution.
A year later, I am enjoying my pool without any regret on the design or ease of care. My family spends 99% of our time enjoying the pool and 1% taking care of it. The equipment is so easy to operate and maintain that I actually enjoy it.
Overall our experience with Precision Pools has been great and I am happy to provide this reference for you.
